Dr. Deborah Greer Byers, DNAP, CRNA, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a highly accomplished medical professional currently serving as the Assistant Program Director for the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) program at the ⁠UNLV School of Nursing. Notably, she is dual-certified as both a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), a unique combination that allows her to heavily integrate psychology, anxiety reduction, and mental wellness into clinical anesthesia practice.


Current Academic Role: Assistant Professor-in-Residence and Assistant Program Director at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
