Ernestina Donsah is a highly accomplished Ghanaian Nurse Anesthetist and advocate for maternal and community health. Beyond her clinical duties, Donsah is a community leader. She serves as the head of the Odumase Women Empowerment group, where she directs programs focused on health education, medical outreach, and skills development for young women. Her primary advocacy efforts focus on improving healthcare accessibility and outcomes for women and children in rural communities.
