No prior cardiac anesthesia experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive cardiac anesthesia training and mentorship to ensure you have the skills and support needed to be successful in the role.

About the Opportunity

Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for:

• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures

• Electrophysiology (EP) cases

• Structural Heart interventions

As a CRNA, you will be responsible for pre-anesthesia assessments, administration of general and regional anesthesia, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery.

Schedule & Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No call or weekends

• Supportive, team-based care model High-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility

• Strong culture and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits

• Excellent compensation based on years of experience - median $245K

• $75K Sign-on bonus

• $25K Incentive bonus Year 4

• $4000 CME & 5 Paid Days

• $15,000 Cardiac Stipend

Requirements

• Active Florida ARNP License

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
