We are seeking an experienced (full time or part time) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia and pain management services in an ambulatory surgical setting. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, developing and implementing anesthesia care plans, administering anesthetic and analgesic agents, managing airways, monitoring patients throughout procedures, and supporting recovery and transfer of care. Candidates must hold active Indiana RN and CRNA licensure, current national certification, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications, and have at least two years of surgical CRNA experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, proficiency with anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems, effective communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a predictable schedule with no weekends, no nights, no holidays and no call requirements, providing an excellent work-life balance.
