NBA is actively hiring experienced W2 CRNAs (FT, PT) at all its RI locations. Newly drafted comp packages for FT, $270k annually; Call is required at several facilities; Call stipends offered, Call back is at time and a half; OT available. In addition to base pay, Travel Allowance will be offered for providers working a minimum of 24 hours weekly, at Kent Hospital and at least 2 additional facilities on a regular basis for 6 months, $10k Travel Allowance for providers working 40 hours weekly, prorated amount for less than 40 hours weekly.

New grads welcome! Starting Base Pay = $255k. After one (1) year and successful completion of training, you can become eligible for an increased package at $270k base.

• Call available at Kent and South County Hospitals. Call stipends offered; callback hours paid at 1.5 times regular hourly rate; OT available

• Generous Student Retention Bonus: $20k annually in exchange for a 5-year/60-month commitment, with hours at Kent required. Not eligible for longevity increases until 6th year. Will become eligible for Travel Allowance until after completing 5 years of service. Student Retention Bonus to be paid out in increments of $20k at the end of each 12-month period of the 5-year/60-month timeframe. These monies are subject to Federal and all other applicable income taxes.
