Full-scope CRNA practice in a supervised anesthesia model Currently Recruiting. Schedule and hours. Shifts: 10- and 12-hour shifts. Typical workload: 3–4 shifts per week, with at least 36 hours weekly. Minimum commitment: 3 shifts per week and 4 weeks per month. The facility may consider a 3-week-per-month commitment. Flexibility required: Days, nights, and weekends, including at least one full weekend shift per month. Night coverage: Approximately 3–6 night shifts per month, potentially in OB or the OR. Shift hours: Night shifts typically run 7 p.m.–7 a.m. No call; scheduled coverage only. The facility will not accommodate scheduling around another job.
