Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Phoenix, AZ

NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS!

W-2 preferred. 1099 available.

We are seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia care in operating suites and pre-operative areas at surgery centers in Mesa, Scottsdale, Sun City, and/or Phoenix, Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide safe, individualized anesthesia care.

Develop anesthetic plans based on patient assessments and medical histories.

Administer ophthalmic anesthesia, including retrobulbar blocks, topical and local anesthesia, IV sedation, and analgesia.

Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.

Assist with clinical emergencies when necessary.

Maintain accurate anesthesia records.

Provide support and information to patients and families.

Communicate anesthesia supply needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of accredited nursing and nurse anesthesia programs.

Current Arizona RN license.

Current nurse anesthetist certification.

Current ACLS certification.

Knowledge of ophthalmic anesthesia techniques and IV sedation.

At least one year of experience or demonstrated skills in peri-orbital anesthesia.

Strong communication, clinical judgment, and professionalism.

Ability to perform anesthesia responsibilities safely.

Attendance at the Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society annual meeting is encouraged.
