We are a group of 20 CRNAs (full time, part time, and per-diem) that work in the Anesthesia Care Team model in a wide variety of locations/specialties in our 47 ORs, as well as many out-of-OR locations, OB, (no pediatrics), and our surgi-center in Foxborough. Ongoing professional development is well-supported and encouraged in areas such as quality improvement, academics, and research with a generous education allowance. We offer flexible schedules (no weekends, holidays, or on-call) recognizing the importance of work-life balance for our colleagues.
