We have a permanent position available in Northwest Indiana about 1 hr to Chicago. This position offers independence and regionals to CRNAs with no call responsibility. The position guarantees the nurse anesthetist 40 hours a week and the CRNA will earn $380K as a 1099 ($198/hr) permanent CRNA with 4 weeks off. A generous W2 option is also available with benefits.
