East Carolina Anesthesia Associates is the preeminent anesthesia group in North Carolina and we want you to join our growing team! We are seeking ambitious and driven anesthetists to join our team at ECU Health due to site and department expansions in care, including new ORs being added to the surgery center, ECU Health Surgicenter.

This position provides anesthetics for ECU Health Center. CRNAs manage all anesthetics with extreme autonomy, while practicing in an ACT setting. We offer high patient acuity allowing the new CRNA and/or experienced CRNA to fully implement their clinical skills and education, and continue to expand within any area of expertise that may be desired. CRNAs may chose to participate in the clinical instruction of anesthesia students via our on-campus program. All surgical specialties are presented and all surgical procedures are performed excluding some transplants and extreme burn cases. It is the CRNA that manages all anesthetics; with encouraged and supported autonomy in practice.

We are offering up to $70,000 in student tuition assistance and stipend payment program, or a signing bonus, with a 3-year commitment or, $45,000 in tuition assistance or signing bonus for a 2-year commitment, Stipend is paid in full prior to start date.

For experienced CRNAs, we offer the same amount as the stipend in the form of a bonus. Please inquire today if interested.

WE ARE OFFERING AN ADDITIONAL $20,000-$30,000 SIGNING BONUS IN ADDITION TO THE STUDENT STIPEND. THIS IS UP TO $100,000 PAID BY START DATE (for a 3 year commitment).

ADDITIONAL $20,000 FOR CRNAS THAT CAN START BY JULY 1, 2025.
