CRNA Opportunity – Phoenix Area (1099)

Elite Anesthesia is expanding access to safe, high-quality office-based anesthesia and looking for a full-time CRNA based in Phoenix, AZ.

Pay

Earn $345k - $430k a year! We have many hours currently ready to go that we need coverage for! We offer health benefits, group malpractice for full time providers.

Position Highlights

- 1099 contractor position

- Monday–Friday daytime hours (no nights, weekends, or call)

- $20,000/month 90-day minimum guarantee (in exchange for full-time M–F availability)

- Access to group benefits once full-time (medical, dental, vision, malpractice)

- Elite provides all supplies, monitors, and medications

Requirements

- Must live in or near Phoenix

- Full-time weekday availability

- Willing to drive to multiple office locations daily

- Comfortable working solo (no anesthesia techs or in-office backup)

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs (equipment on wheels)

- Proficient in nasal intubations (or willing to learn)

- Proficient with paper charting

- Excellent chair-side manner with anxious patients

- Place your own IVs

- Perform your own pre-op/post-op calls

- Recover your own patients
