Experience a bread-and-butter caseload including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, healthy peds, and GI procedures, with CRNAs managing cases with physician oversight. While high-acuity cases are less frequent, the work is dynamic and engaging, keeping your skills sharp as part of a rural health system, without the constant intensity of a trauma-heavy environment. Shifts are 12 hours, but many days end earlier, offering even more flexibility and ensuring a balanced schedule with predictable downtime.
