We're expanding into the Main Operating Room at Banner University Medical Center! By joining us, you're helping to strengthen and protect the autonomous CRNA practice model in Arizona. This expansion into the BUMCP main OR creates a great environment for CRNAs to gradually build confidence in independent practice while still having supportive colleagues nearby. The main OR offers a wide variety of cases, allowing you to broaden your skills and expertise rapidly. You can work alongside experienced CRNAs and MDs who can support you in both ACT and autonomous practice settings.
