This expansion into the BUMCP main OR creates a great environment for CRNAs to gradually build confidence in independent practice while still having supportive colleagues nearby. The main OR offers a wide variety of cases, allowing you to broaden your skills and expertise rapidly. You can work alongside experienced CRNAs and MDs who can support you in both ACT and autonomous practice settings. We're the only CRNA clinical owned and run company at BUMCP, ensuring our interests are always well represented at one of Arizona's largest and most influential hospitals! This position is part of our "Downtown" team that also encompasses Arizona Heart Hospital Abrazo.
