In addition to his/her routine clinical duties as a staff Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), he/she is responsible for all quality initiatives and proactively and collaboratively promotes high quality, cost-effective anesthetic care by leading interactions with hospital medical staff and administration.  It is preferable that the CRNA working in this full time position would work in both the Memphis and Bartlett locations at St. Francis Hospital.

The 42-acre campus is home to the hospital, two medical office buildings, and the University of Tennessee/Saint Francis Family Practice Residency Building.
