Type of practice: Independent, autonomous practice with the ability to perform regional anesthesia (not required), spinals, and lines.

Facility Info: Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN in the heart of the Upper Cumberland is a 289-bed premier healthcare institution in the region.

Cases: General, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT with occasional PEDS), GYN, Urology, Neuro (including heads), GI, Bronchs, MRI, Vascular, and EP.

EMR: Graphium (charting is completed on an iPad. User friendly)

Salary: $270,000 annually ($245,000 base salary plus $25,000 quality/retention bonus annually)

Schedule: M-F with call; 4-5 call shifts monthly; post call day guaranteed off

PTO: 300 hours + 64 hours holiday PTO
