In addition to his/her routine clinical duties as a staff Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), he/she is responsible for all quality initiatives and proactively and collaboratively promotes high quality, cost-effective anesthetic care by leading interactions with facility medical staff and administration.  Facility:  Baptist Memorial Hospital, North Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi is a 217-bed acute care facility offering a wide range of medical and surgical services, including emergency care, heart care, cancer treatment, and maternity services. The hospital was recognized as one of America's 250 Best Hospitals for 2025 by Healthgrades for its clinical excellence and outstanding patient experience, and it also has an outpatient rehabilitation center and diagnostic services available on site.  Oxford, Mississippi is home to the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and is conveniently located within driving distance to several major cities including Memphis, Tennessee and Birmingham, Alabama.
