Salem Health is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Salem Hospital in Salem, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a high-acuity environment supporting a Level II Trauma Center while enjoying exceptional work-life balance with a 4-day work week, no call, and no weekends.

Work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a team-based model with exposure to a broad and diverse surgical case mix across multiple specialties.

Position Highlights

No call responsibilities

No weekends

Guaranteed base salary of $313,790

Up to $15,000 start bonus

Up to $30,000 educational loan repayment assistance

Eight weeks PTO annually

$4,000 CME allowance

High-Acuity Case Mix

Practice in a dynamic surgical environment with cases including trauma, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, vascular, general surgery, and more.

What You’ll Do

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthetic plans

Administer and monitor anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties

Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative teams

Document patient care and anesthesia services within the EMR
