QUICK JOB FACTS:

- GI Cases Only, CRNA only practice - Monday - Thursday Schedule, Four day work week

- Current Dates needed:

November: 1, 5, 6, 12, 14

December: 6, 9, 10, 11, 20 and 30

- Fast Credentialing
