No call, weekends, or holidays

Details:

The provider will be credentialed to cover three facilities:

Typical day involves running 4 rooms until approximately 3:00 PM.

No hearts or neuro cases.

Requirements:

Active Illinois license required

ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

Board Certified/Board Eligible

Additional Notes:

EMR: EPIC

Travel covered (mileage, lodging, rental car)

Lodging cap: $150/night (excluding taxes and fees)
