South Shore Hospital is a vibrant urban 374-bed community hospital and level 2 Trauma center providing world-class quality care throughout the South Shore. This is done, alongside our collaborative agreements with Boston's teaching hospitals which include; surgeons from Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston Children's Hospital, MGB and Oncologic services through Dana Farber Cancer Institute. South Shore Health provides training location for local Nurse Anesthesia programs and strongly believes in investing and training future Nurse Anesthetists.
