CRNA - IMMEDIATE NEED | 1099 and/or W2 | Full Time

Facility: Tier 1 ASC

Active TN license

1099 independent contractor position, option to sign up as a W2 employee

Full Time W2 Compensation: $305,000 + Benefits

PRN W2 Compensation (30 hours per week): $231,375 + some benefits

1099 Compensation: $200 per hour - no benefits

Setting: ASC

CRNA only

100% orthopedic cases

3 OR’s, running 2 OR’s at a time

Mon - Fri, 8 hours guaranteed per day

8 hours shifts

No weekends and no call

1 Full time and 2 PRN candidates needed
