Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

8 and 10 hours shifts available, 8 hours guaranteed per day

No call, no nights, no weekends

Autonomous practice – CRNAs only

4 ORs, with 3 ORs running daily

2 Procedures Rooms

Case mix: General, Ortho, ENT, Podiatry and Cataracts (Blocks and Pediatric skills preferred but not required)

1099 or W2 Option

W2 - $305K base, 7 weeks PTO

1099 $200/hr 8 hour guarantee

Need: 3-4 providers per day

New Grads Acceptable: No

Is Call Required: No
