1099 independent contractor position

Setting: ASC

100% eye cases, adults only

Cases starts at 8am

Mon - Thu, 8 hours guaranteed per day

10 hours shifts

No weekends and no call

Full time candidate needed

Provider will be responsible for malpractice insurance
