Position Overview

The Eye Surgery Center of Middle Tennessee is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our outpatient surgery center team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA seeking a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and a high-quality outpatient practice environment.

The CRNA will function as the solo anesthesia provider for cataract procedures, providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care throughout the surgical day.Option 1 – 1099 Hourly

$175 per hour

8-hour daily guarantee

Monday–Thursday schedule

No holidays

No weekends

Option 2 – 1099 Annual Compensation

$250,000 per year

Full-time Monday–Thursday schedule

No holidays

No weekends

Ideal Candidate

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Current Tennessee APRN/CRNA licensure

Current BLS/ACLS certification

Comfortable practicing independently in an outpatient setting

Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach

Ophthalmic anesthesia experience preferred but not required
