Schedule: Monday–Wednesday

Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Practice: Sweet Dreams AnesthesiaSweet Dreams Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia services at Crossroads Surgery Center in Franklin, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for a consistent Monday–Wednesday schedule, no holidays, and a focused outpatient anesthesia practice.

Schedule

Monday–Wednesday

Consistent weekly schedule

No holidays

All procedures are outpatient

Collaborative ambulatory surgery center environment

Case Mix

The position primarily involves providing anesthesia and sedation for outpatient pain procedures, including:

Sedation for pain injections

Spinal cord stimulator trials

Kyphoplasty procedures

Other outpatient pain-related procedures

Compensation Options

1099 Independent Contractor

$175/hour

8-hour daily guarantee

Monday–Wednesday schedule

No holiday requirement.

OR

$185,000 annual salary

7 weeks off annually

Monday–Wednesday schedule

No holidays

Ideal Candidate: Holds an active Tennessee CRNA/APRN license

Is comfortable providing monitored anesthesia care and sedation

Has strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills

Works well independently in an outpatient environment

Values consistency, professionalism, and high-quality patient care

Has an interest or experience in pain and interventional procedures
