BSW Medical Center – Lake Pointe

Lake Pointe is a full-service, 148-bed medical center with Trauma Level III designation, offering CRNAs meaningful clinical breadth in a community hospital setting. The facility holds JCAHO Accreditation, Advanced Primary Stroke Center designation, and Certified Chest Pain Center status—and is recognized in the top 1% nationally for patient safety and top 5% for orthopedics.

The practice runs Epic EMR, operates at a max 1:4 MD:CRNA ratio, and currently has 19 CRNA FTEs on staff. Leadership opportunities are available as the team grows.
