Trinity Health is seeking CRNAs to join our Anesthesia Team in Grand Rapids, MI. Provider-friendly schedule. Up to $30K Sign-On Bonus. The hospital is designated as a Level 2 trauma center and has 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites. We cover a large mix of general and complex cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, ETCs, MRI/CT, heart and vascular, OB, and regional blocks. Schedule includes a mix of 8,10,12,16, and 24-hour shifts.
