Salem, IL is 30 minutes west of Flora. Salem Township Hospital is located in Salem, IL. The start date is September 15, 2025. Salem is situated 1.5 hours east of St. Louis, MO, and provides services in general surgery, orthopedics, GI, GYN, endoscopy, gastroenterology, and ophthalmology.

CRNAs to rotate between two locations: Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL, and Salem Township Hospital, located in Salem, IL.

Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL: Monday-Thursday. Flora is located two hours east of St. Louis, MO, and 30 minutes from Salem.

Cases: Ortho, Endo, General Surgery, Gastro, and Podiatry NO OB

Salem is located one and a half hours east of St. Louis, MO, and 30 minutes from Flora, General Surgery, Orthopedic, GI, GYN, Endo, Gastro, and Eyes NO OB

◦ One week in Flora, IL: four days (Monday-Thursday) with no call

◦ One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) with no call

◦ One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) on call/call back paid $185 per hour

◦ One week off
