US Digestive Health (USDH) is growing and looking to add a Chief CRNA to our Carlisle team. We are one of the fastest growing Gastro Practices in the nation!
Chief CRNA Duties and Responsibilities
1. Scheduling CRNA’s and other anesthesia professionals for daily work assignments, including approval of time off so that adequate staffing is in place to support the smooth and efficient operation of the ASC.
2. Assist in the recruitment of CRNA’s as needed (interviews, etc.)
3. Assist in maintaining a PRN CRNA pool.
4. Assist in the orientation of new CRNA staff.
5. Assist in the development of benchmarking and quality assurance/quality improvement programs related to the delivery of anesthesia services.
6. Perform anesthesia provider peer reviews based upon an agreed upon process and periodic timing between the Chief CRNA and the ASC.
7. Review and revise anesthesia related consents, screening tools and other documents as needed.
8. Attend and participate in quality meetings, on a regularly scheduled basis, providing peer review reports and other anesthesia services updates as needed.
9. Work collaboratively with the ASC Medical Director, the USDH staff, and the ASC Director to ensure the provision of high service, quality and performance. This will involve periodic meetings.
