$320k base (all salary no bonuses); Retention bonus of $30k per year; paid at 6 months $15k and end of year $15k.

Per diem $2100 8 hrs/ $200 per hour after 8. Established GI ASC-no call, nights, w/e's, or holidays. 100% Outpatient GI Procedures

Independent position (no Anesthesiologist is present)

Work in an ambulatory surgery center, not a hospital environment
