CRNA to perform onsite Clinic and Surgical anesthesiology services including patients undergoing general surgery, orthopedic, including joint replacement, plastic, ENT, urologic, podiatric, minor vascular, Gynecology, Endoscopy, Dental/oral and ophthalmologic operations. to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the range of Anesthesia services within the Surgical Careline, as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of the quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Guidelines.

Qualifications:

Any State Unrestricted CRNA License

Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA by the American Board of Anesthesia

BLS

DEA

Minimum 1 year experience

Shift Times: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. On-Call Services would also be required. Clinic or OR Schedule: Daily 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM weekdays, and On-Call Coverage as needed.

A. Patients must be seen by a Contractor’s CRNA(s) on-site at the facility in a timely manner in accordance with VA Rules and Regulations on clinic wait times and consult completion. Contractor shall notify the COR at least monthly about any obstacles to meeting this performance measure.

B. Contractor’s CRNA(s) shall be available and present in clinic during normal facility clinic hours, which will be established, and may be revised, as deemed appropriate for patient care by the Chief of Staff. Currently, normal clinic hours are M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

C. Off-hours Coverage: Contractor must make the Contractor’s CRNA(s) available on-call during all hours when the facility clinic is closed, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay Details:

Regular Weekday Hours: $265.00/hr All Inclusive 1099 Rate

On-Call for Weekday Evenings: $50/hr

On-Call for Weekends: $50/hr

Call Back Rate: $350/hr

New Grads Acceptable: No
