Assignment Details
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Coverage Dates: July 20–24
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 Hour
Call: None
Guaranteed Hours: 8 Hours Per Day
Overtime: Applies after 8 hours worked per day
Compensation
$250 per hour
Orientation rate available
Overtime rate available
Holiday rate available
Candidate Requirements
To qualify, providers must have:
Active, unrestricted medical license
Active DEA
Board Certification (BC) required
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS certification
Credentialing Requirements
Applicants must provide:
Current CV
RFA
24 months of relevant work history/activity
Completed application
Professional references prepared to respond promptly during the credentialing process
Important Eligibility Criteria
Only physicians with clean files will be considered.
Providers with any of the following may not be eligible for temporary privileges:
Significant malpractice settlements
Unresolved NPDB reports
Medical Board actions
License restrictions
Employment terminations
DUI or drug-related history
Other significant disciplinary actions
Travel Information
Reimbursable
Airport parking at the provider's departing airport
Rental car insurance when pre-approved before booking
New Grads Acceptable: Negotiable
