Full Time CRNA position located at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital. Employer is West Broad Anesthesia. Starting rate of 275k to 325k based on years of experience. 7 weeks of vacation. Signing bonus available. 401k provided. Health and malpractice insurance provided. No Heads, Hearts, Chest, Peds, trauma. No OB if not desired. We have residents and srnas that train at our facility. No call during the week. Weekend and holiday coverage is 1 in 8 currently. 48 hour home call weekend coverage. 24 hour home call for holiday coverage. For all call days, CRNA is backup to the resident. Can work four 10 hour shifts or five 8 hour shifts. Work until the day is done but residents take final rooms and CRNAs are sent home when no longer needed. Average roughly 32-36 hours a week but paid for 40. Extra pay available for working on days off if desired but not required. Medical Supervision Model.
