We have three physician anesthesiologists on-site each day and occasionally flex up to a fourth. Medical Supervision Model: The anesthesiologist will rotate on a 4 FTE schedule with three FTEs available daily. With a 1:6 ratio of MDs to CRNAs, you will not need to perform your own cases. There is NO OB and very few basic pediatric cases. Experience with hearts, TAVRs, and regional blocks is a plus but not required.

On-Call from Home:

The provider will rotate on a 4 FTE schedule with three FTEs available daily.

When on-site, there will be a 1-in-3 on-call commitment; that is, one week out of every three, the provider will be on call.
