The Anesthesia Medical Group Inc (TAMGI)/Interisland Medical Group provides services across 4 locations in Maui. TAMGI currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time partnership track as a general anesthesiologist in an independent all physician anesthesia practice. This position includes:

• Competitive income potential in the $600-650k range (depending on experience)

• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $50,000 Sign-per year Hawaii Student Loan Repayment

• 1 year partnership track paid at full partner level

from Day 1

• Case mix: General Surgery, Ortho, OB/Gyn, ENT,

Neurosurgery, and more

• Unlimited vacation time with most partners choosing

to take 10-12 weeks per year

• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available

• 401k plan plus new for 2026: Cash Balance Plan (defined benefit pension plan)
