We are Bellingham Anesthesia Associates, a fifty person, all Physician Anesthesiology practice seeking a few full-time physicians to join our stable and collegial practice. We perform “bread and butter” general anesthesia cases at fourteen locations, including five hospitals and 9 ASC-office sites--with a service area that includes Bellingham, Friday Harbor, Mt. Vernon and Arlington, WA, our physicians split time about 60/40 between hospitals and ASC’s.. Our 5 hospitals are 253, 134, 48, 25 and 10 beds. The largest is level 2 trauma and the rest are 3 and 4. Call is only required at 3 hospital and ends up being about one weekend a month, plus one OR call and one OB call per month. We have some pediatric but most complex cases are transferred to Seattle, 1.5hrs away. We have one cardiothoracic case site, with an internal panel of 8 anesthesiologists who split around 300 cases per year.
