Our medium-size physician group serves a single hospital location + nearby hospital affiliated surgery centers. Total 40 calls per year, which includes late days, no more than half of which are weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). Only 1st call is in-house overnight. 1st and 2nd weekday calls off the day of the call and post-call day. 3rd and 4th calls get early post-call day.
