Centurion Anesthesia is hiring a board-certified Anesthesiologist to spearhead the creation of Hudson Regional Hospital’s first-ever Anesthesiology Residency Program.

This is a W2 leadership role offering a fast-growing practice environment with an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $625,000 (W2)

- Retirement: 401(k) program

- Time Off: 7 weeks vacation (includes 1 week CME)

- CME Allowance: $5,000 fund

- Schedule/Call: Home call only

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, launch, and lead the hospital's inaugural residency program.

- Minimum 20% dedicated administrative time for program development.

Requirements:

- Board Certified Anesthesiologist

- Active, proven background in research and/or teaching positions
