Atlantic Anesthesia (ATL) is seeking W2 Anesthesiologists (FT & PT) to join our growing team at Sturdy Memorial Hospital and two affiliated ambulatory surgery centers in Massachusetts. Base compensation starts at $500,000 annually, with additional Call Pay incentives. Leadership opportunities are available for the right candidate.

ATL is expanding and actively recruiting Anesthesiologists for hospital and ASC coverage in Attleboro, MA. We offer highly competitive compensation packages, beginning at $500K annually for full-time clinicians, plus Call Pay incentives. Candidates with interest or experience in leadership will be considered for future departmental leadership roles.

Signing Bonus Options

Choose one of two generous bonus structures:

1. $150,000 bonus for a 3-year continuous employment commitment (prorated repayment if not fulfilled).

2. $200,000 bonus for a 3-year continuous employment commitment (full repayment if not fulfilled).

All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
