ECAA is on of the largest anesthesia private practices in the Mid Atlantic region. We are a TRUE private practice that is owned and operated by our managing partners, our physicians. We have never sold our practice to outside investors, a true testament to our financial stability. Our thriving and expanding private practice is seeking a generalist to join our exceptional team at ECU Health, a Level 1 trauma center in NC with more than 920 beds (21st largest in US). We seek dynamic team players with future leadership potential. We are currently sourcing for a general anesthesiologist to start in 2026. The Package

Starting pay is highly competitive, and multiple clinical pathways are available including a path to partnership to the interested individual who excels in teamwork, leadership, and has a strong work ethic. We have recently reduced the path to partnership from 4 years to 3 years and are offering a biannual bonus structure. In addition to pay, bonus, and partnership track, we offer a lucrative benefits package.

Clinical excellence is essential in our fast-paced and medically-directed environment that includes all types of cases for generalists except cardiac pump and high-acuity pediatric cases.
