2-year, General Anesthesiologist Partnership Track

East Carolina Anesthesia Associates is the most stable private practice in the state of North Carolina. We have been in operation for nearly 50 years. We are wholly physician owned and operated allowing our divisions to operate autonomously and specific to its own demographics.

Due to site expansion and growth, our practice has an opening within the Charlotte suburb area. This position is rare, with a tenured and experienced group of great physicians. This opening will not last long and offers a potential stake in equity!! It comes with a two-year partnership track, no buy-in required, and NO WAITING PERIOD. Two years to partner from date-of-hire!!

The anesthesiologist will perform a wide variety of cases including some neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, healthy peds, GI, endo and general surgery. Call is 1 in 10. Call will be equally shared with 9 other physicians, approximately 2-3 call shifts per month (24-hour calls with post call day off), about one weekend per month. We have NO LOCUMS at any of our locations, a testament to our success and workplace culture.

Compensation is highly competitive and stable for the area. and we offering a $60,000 signing bonus (with some type of commitment required). A cardiothoracic fellowship is not required, but will certainly be considered. Call is 1 in 10. Call will be equally shared with 9 other physicians, approximately 2-3 call shifts per month (24-hour calls with post call day off), about one weekend permonth.
