About the clinician's workday

This locum tenens anesthesiologist position provides day shift coverage at an operating room facility in California, Monday through Friday on 10-hour shifts beginning at 7:00 AM. The surgical case mix includes MAC, general anesthesia, ENT, and diagnostic procedures. Cardiac cases are not included in this assignment. Head cases are performed at the facility; however, in-house specialists are available to cover them, and coverage of head cases is not required of the locum clinician. Call coverage is negotiable as part of this assignment. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
