The surgical case mix includes general, OB, vascular, orthopedic, and pediatric procedures. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, with beeper call from the hospital on a weeknight and weekend 1:4 rotation; a post-call day off is provided. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
