The clinician will conduct pre-operative assessments, manage intraoperative anesthesia delivery exclusively for spine cases, and coordinate post-operative recovery while maintaining 50% hands-on patient involvement. The position requires supervision of certified registered nurse anesthetists with light callback requirements and board certification in Anesthesiology. The role operates within a specialized spine hospital environment focused on quality patient care delivery with predictable scheduling and established support systems.
