Cases: Bread and butter, Ortho, ENT, GI, thoracic, vascular, cardiac

Call rotation: Beeper 1:7

approx. 2-3 beeper calls per month

approx. 20% chance of call back

Work with other general anesthesiologists and focus on outstanding patient care
