* Annual Case Volume: Inpatient: 1138 ; Outpatient: 3179

* Cases: OB, Endo, General, Gynecology, Peds, Ortho(Hips, Knees, Shoulders), and Plastics

* EMR: Meditech

* Shift Times: M-F 7a - 3p; 3p-7a (on call). S-S 7a-7a (on call)

* Coverage Model: 4 CRNAs (M-F 7a-3p ); 1st Call (1 CRNA) and Backup Call (1 CRNA) for all call shifts

* Call Rate: M-F $600/shift; S-S $1200/shift (Call back hours are paid at clinical rate)

CRNAs with OB experience preferred; Regional/Block experience preferred.
